History of law starts and develops with civilization, and ends with it. To know how legal terms and institutions develop and being aware  of in which conditions they change are obligatory for a lawyer.  A lawyer should consider  not only domestic positive law but also the history of domestic law and other countries’ history of law. This knowledge leads lawyer  to acquire  the qualifications regarding the  place in which his/her own domestic law takes place and the reason behind this, the conditions of designation possibility comparing to other law systems and assesment of outstanding ways of his/her domestic law. Due to these reasons, history of law department overemphasizes the distinctions about history, law and public history of law.
