Educational Technology Support Unit provides training and support services to students and instructors on information technology and systems which are used in academic activities.

The Unit’s main area of activity is Blackboard, the learning management system of the university. Trainings on Blackboard are held by Educational Technology Support Unit.  Students and instructors can take individual training at the beginning of the each semester.  The contents of the training include the purpose of the system, usage of the system, general issues the users met and related solutions. The support services are maintained for both students and instructors during the semester.

In addition to Blackboard support, Educational Technology Support Unit tries to find solutions to other technological issues experienced by the students and instructors. The Unit searches for the software programs that can be useful for the students and instructors and also provide the support services about these programs.
