12 SEPTEMBER PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID
Psychological First Aid; as a humanitarian support and intervention provided to the suffering and grief-stricken person who had recently experienced a crisis; is of great importance for NGOs in Turkey, especially in relation to persons carrying out the work in this situation. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult for those working in suffering and hard humanitarian situations to keep themselves psychologically healthy in these situations. For this reason, STK Clinique, on 12 September 2018, will focus on 'Psychological First Aid and Self Care'. Melis Demircioğlu, Founder Member of Association for Trauma Studies will provide a framework on Psychological First Aid in the first lecture. In the second part, she will share his experiences and knowledge about Psychological Self Care. The training will end with an interactive Q&A session.
The training program will provide new contacts for participants and the trainers by creating a dialog platform. CSO Clinique programs will also offer opportunities to meet and refine their knowledge and visions with renowned trainers who excel themselves in their fields and strengthen their experience in academic and practical settings.
