Quo Vadis the Eastern Mediterranean? Recommendations from Regional Security Experts

The Center for International and European Studies (CIES) in cooperation with the Hollings Center for International Dialogue has launched a new project entitled “Quo Vadis the Eastern Mediterranean? Recommendations from Regional Security Experts”.

The project aims to enhance the security dialogue between regional stakeholders across their divides with the purpose of presenting perspectives from the region about the security issues of salience and relevance for the region. The idea is to bring together security experts from regional countries with a penchant for policy to contribute to the drafting of a policy report explaning the potential of a regional security framework with the Eastern Mediterranean.

Within the framework of the project, a meeting of experts held in Athens on 27 May 2017 while the policy report will be available by the end of 2017.
